Big Brother 17 spoilers from Tuesday point toward who is going to jury next. These Big Brother 17 spoilers might also spell the end of fans seeing John McGuire in the BB17 house until the “live” season finale in September. A report from fan site Big Brother Network points out that there are enough votes against John to evict him on Thursday night (August 27). This is despite Steve Moses causing enough chaos over the past week to almost convince people to vote him out first.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Austin Matelson named John McGuire and Steve Moses as his nominees for eviction in Week 9. Vanessa Rousso then won the Veto competition and decided to not use the power at Monday’s Veto ceremony (August 24). It kept the nominations the same and just about guaranteed that the dentist is going to the jury house. Since he hasn’t done well in the endurance competitions, it is thought that his game is about at an end as well.
While the latest Big Brother 17 spoilers could certainly shift in the 48 hours before the eviction ceremony, it really looks like John is doomed. Failing to secure himself in an alliance earlier this season has left him with very few close allies at this juncture of the game. It could be said that his closest relationship in the BB17 house is with Steve Moses, but as the other nominee this week, Steve can do nothing to help John. Rather than play his own game, John spent too many weeks helping out other people as the default pawn.
With the way that voting has gone this season, it would not be surprising to see John McGuire get voted out unanimously. He will then get a chance to play himself back into the game as a member of the jury. In that competition, John will face Shelli Poole, Jackie Ibarra, and Becky Burgess for a second chance at winning the $500,000 prize. He seems like the second-least likely person to win that challenge, with slightly better odds than Jackie to win it.
It’s possible that the BB17 house becomes quite dull for the next few days, with John McGuire and Steve Moses becoming resigned to the idea that there is nothing left to do but wait for the eviction vote. The excitement will come Thursday night, though, when a jury member returns and the house goes into another endurance competition to decide the Week 10 HOH. A lot of Big Brother 17 spoilers should follow that Thursday CBS episode based on what transpires on the live feeds.
