John Travolta Masseuse Lawsuit Skips Trial, Heads For Mediation

John Travolta and an Atlanta-based masseuse who recently accused the actor of attempting to sexually assault him will skip a regular trial and head to mediation. Under the agreement the two sides will meet with a private judge behind closed doors.

The masseuse in question made his claims just days after another anonymous masseuse made similar allegations against the Pulp Fiction star.

In the lawsuit the second victim claims that while working at an Atlanta, Georgia resort on January 28, 2012 he performed an in-room massage on John Travolta. At the end of the massage he says:

“Travolta suddenly turned on his stomach with his legs wide open with a full erection. He then tried to force Doe Plaintiff No. 2’s hand on Travolta’s scrotum. Then, Travolta started to grab, rub and caress Doe Plaintiff no. 2’s upper thighs and buttocks….Travolta still had an erection and wanted his abdominals done, but Travolta’s erection was in the way and he refused to have his penis covered by a sheet of a pillow case cover…Travolta started masturbating about 15 minutes left in the session, and Doe Plaintiff No.2, said he had to go.”

The masseuse has filed a $2 million sexual battery case against Travolta while the actors team continues to “vehemently” deny the allegations.

Mediation will likely take 1-2 months to complete as the prosecution and defense work through some basic ground rules for the presentation of evidence and the procedures that will be followed in private mediation.

A source close to the mediation tells RadarOnline.com:

“This is commonly done before formal mediation begins. Both sides will agree to keep all transcripts sealed, as well as all witness statements, depositions, etc. The lawsuit will be heard by a private judge, who will decide how much money if any the accuser will receive. All of the proceedings will be strictly confidential, but make no mistake, this will be a dog fight, that will take place out of the public forum. This is done for a plethora of reasons, mainly, this will allow the masseur’s identity from being made public, and it would just be a media circus if it did go to trial This will be the best way for the case to be heard with minimal disruption to John Travolta and the masseur’s life.”

While the masseuse says he has proof of the attempting molestation he has not revealed what the proof entails.

John Travolta has been married to Kelly Preston since 1991, the couple have two children together, daughter Alla Blue and toddler son Benjamin who was born in 2010. The couples oldest son Jett Travolta died in 2009 from complications brought on by repeated seizures.
