Ronda Rousey: ‘DNB’ Catchphrase Trademark Filed By Ronda, Sells Shirts For A Good Cause

Ronda Rousey is making “DNB” or “Do Nothing B***h” part of her intellectual property. But what does DNB mean?

Just before her recent fight with Bethe Correia earlier this month, Ronda mentioned in an interview that she isn’t a DNB.

“I have this one term for the kind of woman that my mother raised me to not be. I call it a ‘do-nothing b***h.’ Or, I call it a ‘DNB’ a lot of the time.”

Rousey also used DNB to explain why she doesn’t think much of people who say that her body is too masculine, as Fox Sports reported.

“I’m just like, ‘Listen, just because my body was developed for a purpose other than f*****g millionaires doesn’t mean it’s masculine.’ I think it’s femininely bada** as f**k because there’s not a single muscle on my body that isn’t for a purpose. Because, I’m not a do-nothing b***h.”

After that interview, the term DNB or “Do Nothing B***h” started making rounds on social media. And now, Ronda Rousey has filed for a trademark of the term, as reported by ESPN.

Trademarks were filed for “Do Nothing B***h” as well as the acronym DNB. In addition, other trademarks filed include “Armbarnation,” “Rowdy Ronda Rousey,” and other two that contain her name.

Ronda Rousey has several endorsement deals with different companies including Monster energy drinks, Reebok, and Carl’s Jr., so it wouldn’t be surprising to see one of her trademarked names on the products for these companies. Perhaps, Reebok shirts with DNB?

Speaking of shirts, Ronda Rousey has turned her DNB catchphrase into something good. She has created shirts with “DON’T BE A D.N.B.” written on them, and she is selling them for charity. A portion of the proceeds for the shirts, which sell at $24.99 each, will be donated to Didi Hirsch organization, which offers mental health help and support for women body image issues.

As the Inquisitr recently reported, Ronda Rousey is one of the Top 10 on the list of highest paid women in sports. She ranks at No. 8. In addition to her endorsements and fight winnings, Rousey has also earned from her appearances on several films including Fast and the Furious 7 and Expendables 3.
