Bravo Star Brandi Glanville Talks Kristen Taekman On Twitter: ‘I Got Her Into This Gig’

Bravo star Brandi Glanville took to Twitter on Aug. 19, where she spoke of her friend Kristen Taekman’s gig on The Real Housewives of New York City.

The Bravo star was one of many who tuned into Bravo last night to catch part two of the three-part reunion special, on which Taekman took on a number of the women due to their on-screen drama throughout season seven. On Twitter, Glanville defended her longtime friend, and revealed she is the one who hooked Taekman up with the network.

The Bravo star continued on in several more tweets, telling fans she would always defend her friend.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Bravo star Glanville shared an unexpected tweet with fans earlier this month regarding an upcoming series featuring herself and Taekman. Although the news of the alleged spinoff remains unconfirmed, as have the other projects the Bravo star claims to have in the works, Glanville insisted it was “happening” after being approached by a fan who thought it would be a fun concept.

As fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have surely heard by now, Glanville was not asked to return to the reality show in a full-time role for it’s currently-filming sixth season. Instead, the Bravo star and Kim Richards, who is said to have gotten the axe, have reportedly been replaced by at least one new wife, Erika Jayne, and possibly one more, whose identity has not yet been revealed.

Prior to her demotion, the Bravo star had appeared in a full-time role on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills from season three to season five. Before that, she was featured in a guest-starring role, alongside her then-friend Adrienne Maloof for season two.

While the Bravo star told fans she was hoping to be able to reveal something exciting by last week, no news has surfaced yet in regarding to her and Taekman’s spinoff, or any other television projects she may be a part of.
