Teresa Giudice’s Beach House Auctioned Off For Just $100

Teresa Giudice’s beach home was auctioned off on Tuesday, and shockingly, the home was sold for just $100. According to a report by Radar Online on August 18, Teresa Giudice’s New Jersey beach house sold at an auction for $100, “as part of foreclosure proceedings against the couple.”

Teresa Giudice and her husband reportedly purchased the five-bedroom, two-bathroom home in 2005 for $347,000.

While there were expected to be a number of bidders attempting to purchase Teresa Giudice’s beach house, the only reported bidder was America’s Servicing Company, the mortgage lender for the home, who allegedly bought back the property for the minimum bid of $100. According to Radar Online, the bank was unlikely to accept any other bids, even there had been some, for anything less than the original purchase price of $347,000.

Now that America’s Servicing Company has bought back Teresa Giudice’s home, it is expected to be placed on the market, although the asking price has yet to be revealed. However, Teresa Giudice does stand a chance at regaining ownership of the home.

As Radar Online explained, Teresa Giudice and her husband have 10 days to pay the outstanding balance due on the home, and if they are able to do so, they will own the home once again. If not, they will have 30 days to vacate the property.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Teresa Giudice’s husband has been targeted with allegations of spending time with other women while she’s behind bars, but she isn’t phased by the rumors. In fact, Teresa Giudice wants Joe to have a social life while she’s behind bars, according to a People Magazine report.

“[Teresa Giudice] does want him to go out and take a break and enjoy himself once in a while because this is a difficult time for him. He has a lot on his plate now… She thinks these stories [about him seeing other women] are ridiculous, and so does Joe. He is out with friends, who bring other people along. He tells her everything, calls her all the time and emails her all day long, so she always knows what he is up to… If Joe literally stands next to someone, people immediately assume he is ‘with’ that person. He was photographed with one woman at an event whose fiancé was standing right behind them. People don’t have all the facts.”

Teresa Giudice will be released from prison on December 23 and is expected to return to production on The Real Housewives of New Jersey in the following weeks.
