Jessica Alba has a bikini body that’s become an object of envy. Jessica made Cancun sizzle as Alba and her family celebrated her daughter’s birthday with a trip to Mexico, and of course, bikinis were a key item in her wardrobe, reported E News.

Hubby Cash Warren, Jessica, 7-year-old Honor, and birthday girl Haven, who turned 4, didn’t just stop at the beach when it came to vacation fun. In addition to Alba’s bikini display in the sea, Jessica joined the group ziplining for some extra excitement.

So what are the secrets to Alba’s bikini body? Bring on the exercise, because Jessica loves to work out, reported the Daily Mail.

For example, when she was training for Mechanic: Resurrection, Jessica lifted weights, did leg lifts, and tightened her abs. And Alba apparently believes in the “no pain, no gain” rule when it comes to exercise, cheerfully sharing her pain on social media.

And Alba doesn’t stop there to get that bikini body in shape. In addition to doing resistance training and yoga with her on-set trainer Omar Lopez, Jessica takes classes at Soul Cycle.

In addition, Jessica works out with celebrity trainer Ramona Braganza, who also trains Halle Berry and Anne Hathaway, reported InStyle.

Although it’s not easy being a mom of two, Alba juggles taking care of her daughters with workout tips from Ramona.

Her trainer keeps it simple, advising her clients to either work out for a longer period of time or cut calories plus work out for a shorter period of time if they want to get slim and trim.

“At the end of the day, it’s just calories in vs. calories burned,” said Ramona.

Braganza emphasizes that the keys to toning and weight loss involve cardio, abdominal work, and strength-training. Her workout lasts for one hour, designed to boost the heart rate, blast calories, and build muscles, she explained.

As for diet, Alba eats a low-carb Paleo-style diet, as the Inquisitr reported.

Jessica emphasizes unprocessed foods such as protein and vegetables, reducing her intake of foods that contain sugar and grains.

Alba began cooking for herself at a young age because she had a history of obesity in her family, according to Low Carb Magazine.

That’s one reason why she’s so determined to do a variety of exercises ranging from yoga to running on the treadmill. Her organic diet includes fruit, and Jessica limits even her vegetables to those low in starch.
