Joe Giudice: Cops Called To Beach House After Joe Fights With Daughter, Neighbor

Joe Giudice was allegedly arguing with his daughter, Gia, and things got so loud that Joe’s neighbor came over and got involved. While it’s unclear what Joe and Gia were arguing about, but a neighbor called police to Giudice’s Stafford, New Jersey, beach house because things got really heated. According to Gossip Cop, there are a few different sides to this story, but the bottom line is that no one was arrested.

“A rep for Giudice told TMZ that the argument began because the reality star was throwing a party that his next door neighbor felt his kids shouldn’t have been at. We’re told from the neighbor’s side that’s partially true, but she was also very concerned about how intensely Giudice was balling out his daughter Gia.”

Joe Giudice may have gotten lucky this time, but sources say that his daughters “begged” police not to take their dad into custody. Of course, Joe is busy caring for his four daughters while his wife, Teresa Giudice, is in prison. The last thing these girls need is for their dad to get arrested.

Teresa is slated to be released from prison on Dec. 23, according to Enstars. Joe will be going to prison some time in early 2016 to serve a 41-month sentence after being convicted on federal fraud charges.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Teresa will more than likely be returning to The Real Housewives Of New Jersey on Bravo after her release. The show has pretty much been on hiatus since its Season 6 reunion, and many speculated about Teresa’s possible return. Bravo cameras still aren’t rolling, and sources say that the production staff has agreed to wait until Teresa can rejoin the group officially.

Bravo has already filmed a special featuring Joe Giudice and his daughters, and that is set to air on Bravo in the fall. The show will update fans on the Giudice family, and will give people a sense of how things are at home without mom Teresa around. It is unknown how many episodes will air (some say it’s a 2-hour special, others say there will be a few episodes airing over the course of a couple of weeks), but fans are looking forward to tuning in when the time comes.

Until then, many hope that Joe Giudice and his neighbor can get along… at least for the remainder of the summer.
