A few hours ago, at 4.57 am to be exact, Denmark got a new prince. Her Royal Highness Princess Marie, second wife of his Royal Highness Prince Joachim gave birth to a son weighing 3032 grams. (6.68 lbs.) and 49 cm (19.29") high.
This is Prince Joachim third child, he has two other sons aged 9 and 6 with his first wife Baroness Alexandra, but Princess Marie's first. The new Prince is number seven in the heriditary order of succesion.
