Former ‘Bachelorette’ Andi Dorfman Reveals Her Pick For The Next ‘Bachelor’

The former Bachelorette star, Andi Dorfman, has a lot to share about her time in the reality dating world. In fact, in a recent interview with BuddyTV, the reality star dished on a number of topics, including the upcoming season of The Bachelor and her relationship with host Chris Harrison.

Dorfman was chosen to be the lead woman in Season 10 of The Bachelorette after making a great impression with fans during Juan Pablo’s run on the Bachelor. In light of the most recent season of The Bachelorette, which featured Kaitlyn Bristowe rejecting Nick Viall for Shawn Booth, Dorfman stated she watched the entire season.

“Yes — I live-tweeted this past season… I paid my dues, so I wanted to get my two cents in. It’s only fair!”

When asked if she thinks the new season of The Bachelor should feature two lead males at the beginning, which is similar to what occurred between Bristowe and Britt Nilsson in Season 11 of The Bachelorette, Dorfman revealed that she is all for it. “I hope they do that. Let me be clear. I don’t like the idea of pitting the women against each other like that,” she said. “But now that they’ve done it, then it’s only right to turn tables.”

Which two men would she like to see fight for the role?

“I’d like to see the two Bens [Higgins and Zorn] battle it out… I like them both a lot. They’re different, but very sweet. We’ll see what happens!”

Meanwhile, Dorfman has been spotted with Harrison out in public, which has led some to speculate the two are dating. However, Dorfman quickly made it clear that they are just friends. “Chris is one of my best friends. We just clicked from the first time I appeared on The Bachelor. We talk about everything. I know his kids, and he knows my life in New York. When he’s here, I show him around. He’s coming to my city now!”

While Dorfman enjoys her time away from the reality scene, she is getting ready for the release of her new book, titled It’s Not Okay.

“It is basically a tongue-in-cheek diary of my breakup but it’s also kind of like the anti self-help book,” Dorfman explained in an interview with People Magazine.

“I went through a very public breakup but it was also extremely private.”
