‘Pretty Little Liars’ Creator: Season Six Finale Provides ‘Every Single Answer’ [Spoiler]

The creator of Pretty Little Liars – Marlene King – told the Hollywood Reporter that “every single answer” to hot-button series questions will be revealed during the season six finale this week.

Among them, our pretty little liars – Aria Montgomery (Lucy Hale), Spencer Hastings (Troian Bellisario), Hanna Marin (Ashley Benson), Emily Fields (Shay Mitchell), and Alison DiLaurentis (Sasha Pieterse) – will finally discover who the villain “A” is as well as identities of Red Coat and Black Widow. King explained viewers will also discover who hit Alison and Bethany.

“You see dead people in the finale. Fans are going to get their answers, for once and for all, and this isn’t a fake. We are serious: You are going to see who [‘A’] is.”

The New York Post put together a list of their top five guesses as to who “A” is on Pretty Little Liars. The top theories as to who it might be include Wren Kingston (Julian Morris), Rhys Matthews (Caleb Lane) and – in a transgender plot twist – Sara Harvey (Dre Davis).

According to the Post, King exposed Charles as someone viewers were already acquainted with by hiding his (or her) true identity. The nefarious villain on ABC Family’s hit show Pretty Little Liars was recently outed as Charles DiLaurentis, Allison’s brother who was sent to a mental institute as a child.

After putting closure to the “A” saga in the season finale, Pretty Little Liars will have a new spin going into their seventh season. Lucy Hale said in an interview with AOL BUILD that the show will make a five-year time jump when it resumes next year.

What does that mean for Hale and the on-again, off-again – but currently off-again – romance with Ezra Fitz (Ian Harding)? It may not be the news Pretty Little Liars fans want to hear.

“They say goodbye to each other, they go and live their separate lives. He develops a relationship with a woman, and I’m with someone else.”

Despite the continued separation, Lucy hopes the characters can resume their on-screen romance.

“When they see each other again, it’s just undeniable… I want like a big marriage episode, but we’ll see.”

With the closure on the “A” mystery, the next season of Pretty Little Liars has a blank canvas as to what’s in store for the girls. Sasha Pieterse revealed that the new plot for season seven is similar to a reboot of the popular series.

“There’s this new thing now. It all makes sense and it ties in, it’s not an out-of-the-blue thing. It’s really smart and clever. It’s not to the point where we’re beating a horse with a stick, this is a new problem but it makes sense. I think the audience will see it that way and think, ‘Oh my gosh, I can’t believe the bad luck these girls have.'”
