Kyle Richards Responds To Family Troubles For The First Time Since Kim’s Arrest

Kyle Richards has been silent on Twitter and Facebook since her sister’s arrest on Sunday, but finally, on August 6, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star spoke out. After a fan reached out to Kyle Richards, claiming she was sending her prayers to the Richards family, Kyle Richards shared the following tweet.

Kyle Richards and her sister, Kim, weren’t in the best place when fans last saw them on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and by most accounts, it appeared Brandi Glanville was coming in between them. For years, Kyle Richards and Glanville hadn’t gotten along, so when Glanville struck up a friendship with Kim, it took many fans by surprise. Then, during filming on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 6, fans were further surprised as they watched Glanville tell Kim to distance herself from Kyle Richards, who Glanville claimed didn’t respect her. Glanville also accused Kyle Richards of manipulating Kim, and exploiting her sobriety issues. However, rather than defend her sister, Kim seemingly detached herself from Kyle Richards, and grew closer to Glanville, who claimed she named her as her “best friend.”

After filming wrapped, Glanville continued to target Kyle Richards, as well as their co-star, Lisa Vanderpump, in the press. During one interview, via AllAboutTRH, Glanville claimed Kyle Richards was lying about her demotion from the Bravo reality series.

“Kyle Richards and Lisa Vanderpump have been going on and on … But the thing is, I wasn’t fired! They’re sat on their high horse talking s**t about me. That’s why I went on a little Twitter rant, to the point that I got a ‘cease and desist’ letter from Kyle. That was a fun week. I was like, ‘Really?’ You’re not allowed to sue your cast mates, but that’s all they ever try and do. They know that’s the one thing I can’t and won’t spend money on.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Kyle Richards was also targeted by Glanville last month, when the mother of two alleged Richards and Vanderpump were only pretending to be friends. In an interview with TMZ, Glanville explained her thoughts.

“I think Kyle and Lisa really hate each other, but they think that people like them together, so they’re pretending to like each other.”

Kyle Richards and the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to return to Bravo for Season 6 this winter.
