Jared Fogle From Subway Just Got Hit With More Shocking Possible Evidence — See The Texts In Question Here

Jared Fogle was an integral part of Subway’s push to market themselves as a healthy alternative to the rest of the fast food world. If you had a television or frequented a Subway through the early 2000s, chances are you remember the image of him holding up a pair of oversized blue jeans next to his comparably slim figure.

Now in the vein of Bill Cosby and 7th Heaven dad Stephen Collins, it appears there may be a dark secret that was lurking beneath Jared from Subway’s campaign all along — child sex abuse. The newest evidence being presented is from a former Subway franchisee who claims to have received several sexually explicit text messages with Fogle between January and June 2008, reported Business Insider. At the time, the woman was in a relationship with Jared before she grew uncomfortable with the tone of his sexual advances.

While speaking with Jared from Subway, the woman alleges that he repeatedly told her that she should sell her body on Craigslist to make money for sexual acts. Fogle also allegedly told the woman that he had used the website to find a 16-year-old young woman willing to have sex with him for $100.

Jared from Subway: “How young would you like?… Would you want to have an adventure like that?”

Woman: “Is this the same website you found that 16 year old girl you that you f*****?…I still can’t believe you only paid $100 for her.”

Fogle: “It was amazing!!!!”

The former Subway franchisee also claims that Jared pushed her to involve her young cousin in the act. Below are some of he text message exchanged between Fogle and the woman, beginning on May 1, 2008.

Jared from Subway: “When can we find a time for me to talk to your cousin?”

Fogle One Day Later: “Any more news with your cousin? Tell me what u think about when u think of the three of us all together???”

While the texts have yet to be confirmed in court, the F.B.I. has supposedly called for a subpoena on the messages — though this also remains to be confirmed. Business Insider reported that they have seen the messages in question and have subsequently confirmed that the number was registered to Jared Fogle. The Subway franchisee had the messages recorded in an official court affidavit when she grew uncomfortable with the conversation, although she claims no action was taken against Jared by Subway despite showing them the messages. Subway is currently denying this allegation.
