Alec Baldwin And Daughter Ireland Mock ‘Rude Little Pig’ Voicemail

Alec Baldwin and his daughter Ireland posted a photo on Instagram that mocked the infamous 2007 voicemail that he left his then 11-year-old daughter, calling her a rude, thoughtless, little pig.

In the photo tweeted on Sunday, Baldwin appears to be reading a book called If I Were A Pig while Ireland listens intently. Time seems to be healing all wounds.

USA Today reports that Ireland Baldwin then wrote a caption under the Instagram photo.

“If I Were A Pig … I would be Rude and Thoughtless of course!” Ireland wrote in the caption.

Both Baldwins seemed to be able to poke fun at the event that Ireland Baldwin dismissed in 2012.

“The only problem with that voicemail was that people made it out to be a way bigger deal than it was… He’s said stuff like that before just because he’s frustrated… For me it was like, ‘Okay, whatever.’ I called him back, I was like, ‘Sorry Dad, I didn’t have my phone.’ That was it.”‘

Ireland Baldwin seems to be doing well after being attacked by three men in Malibu and her trip to rehab for emotional trauma. The Inquisitr reported that Ireland Baldwin was bruised and battered in Malibu, near the Soba Recovery Center.

“A week ago, a crew of guys were following Ireland around Malibu, tailing her car super close,” said the source. “So Ireland came back to Soba Recovery Center and got one of the bodyguards at the center to come out and say the harassment needs to stop.”

Alec Baldwin appears to be supporting Ireland in her efforts to regain her health after the attack. Currently, she has embarked on a 21-day vegan challenge in an attempt to improve her overall health.

“I wasn’t fully aware of the effects meat and other animal by products were having on my skin, weight gain, chronic sinus infections and overall health. I am looking SO forward to turning my health around, eating clean, and most importantly, saving the 🐮🐓🐷🐣🐔,” she wrote on Instagram.

Post-rehab, Baldwin believes that this is the right time for her to go vegan.

“Now there have been countless times in my life where I have committed to veganism and failed miserably due to my lack of willpower and ignorance as to how to cook vegan, shop vegan and fully take the plunge into a cruelty free lifestyle. I have finally met someone who is mentoring me.”
