Bobbi Kristina Aunt Pat Houston Cleans Out Home As Bobby Brown Sues Nick Gordon For Abuse, Theft [Video]

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s aunt Pat Houston, who also is her legal co-guardian with Bobby Brown, showed her acceptance of the 22-year-old’s health condition by cleaning out her niece’s townhouse. As Bobbi Kristina, daughter of Whitney Houston and Brown, lies unconscious in a Duluth, Georgia, hospice center, her aunt saved family treasures but tossed out the rest, reported Us Weekly.

“She kept all the pictures and Whitney’s platinum and gold album plaques,” said a Brown family insider. “But she threw everything else out.”

Bobbi Kristina’s aunt, 55, has remained close to her niece’s room. And it’s been a long, hard journey for both the Brown and Houston families since January 31, when Bobbi Kristina was found unconscious, face-down in a bathtub in the home that she shared with boyfriend Nick Gordon.

Now only memories remain of that home.

“Everything is at Pat’s house now,” shared the source.

Bobbi Kristina’s aunt spends most of her time at the hospice.

“She visits every day and often spends the night,” added the insider.

While Cissy Houston, Bobbi Kristina’s grandmother, at first was with her granddaughter, her own health has become more frail. As a result, Cissy now is at home in New Jersey.

“Pat calls Cissy and lets her speak to Bobbi over the phone,” said the source. “Cissy wants to be there badly.”

Someone else who wants to be there but is banned: Nick Gordon. Now in Florida with his birth mother, Gordon is being sued about the way in which he treated Bobbi Kristina.

As the Inquisitr reported, the lawsuit targeting Gordon also shows the timeline prior to Bobbi Kristina’s January 31 health crisis.

Bobbi Kristina’s court-appointed conservator, Bedelia Hargrove, filed the claims that the domestic abuse experienced by the then-21-year-old included Nick dragging her by the hair, knocking out a tooth, and hitting her in the face. In that lawsuit, she emphasized that it represents the collective views of Bobby Brown, Pat Houston, and Hargrove.

“[Gordon] accessed Brown’s bank account(s) and stole in excess of $11,000,” charges the lawsuit.

Following up, the conservator expressed the implications of the lawsuit.

“No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured. Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina.”

A minimum of $10 million is sought.

Now, as Bobbi Kristina remains in hospice care for her final days, Gordon is hiding from the press, reported Entertainment Tonight.

Author of the new biography Whitney & Bobbi Kristina: The Deadly Price of Fame, Ian Halperin revealed that Nick Gordon is terrified of what the future holds.

“This is a clear-cut case of negligence, of abuse, of foul play,” stated Halperin. “And right now, Nick Gordon is shaking in his boots. I have spoken today to members of Bobby Brown’s family, and they want justice immediately.”

Moreover, Ian revealed that according to the research he conducted, Nick embezzled even more than the lawsuit alleges. Halperin noted that Gordon took that money as Bobbi Kristina lay in a medically induced coma.

“They had joint accounts. Nick insisted on it,” said Halperin. “There were fancy cars. There was fancy jewelry. There were trips. We won’t know until a proper investigation is done. But I’ll tell you right now it’s much more than $11,000.”

In addition, Halperin revealed that both Bobbi Kristina and Nick used drugs.

“I have incontrovertible evidence the last few months they were together, they were on drugs almost all the time. It’s just proportion to heights nobody could even imagine. And drugs were prevalent in their lives… They got completely out of hand and it was a ticking time bomb.”
