Kourtney Kardashian Tells Her Children About Scott Disick’s Antics
Kourtney Kardashian has been keeping a low profile in regards to her split from Scott Disick. While Scott has been spotted in hotel rooms with younger women and regularly attending drug-filled parties, Kardashian has been forced to stay at home and raise their three children. It has been a few weeks since Scott left the family, and Kourtney is now forced to explain why he is missing from their home.
Of course, Kourtney Kardashian has often taken Scott back after he has messed up, but it sounds like she is done with him for now. Since he isn’t putting his kids first, Kourtney may boot him from the home they once shared.
According to a new Hollywood Life report, Kourtney Kardashian is now forced to explain to her children about the sad reality that their father chose partying and drugs over them. Of course, Reign is too young to understand what is happening, but Mason and Penelope surely understand that their father is missing in action.
“Since Scott hasn’t been around, Kourtney finally had to have a talk with Mason and Penelope who have been asking a lot of questions,” a source has revealed, adding, “Kids are smart and they knew something was wrong and that their daddy was gone for way too long. Kourtney sat them down and did her best to explain that their daddy wasn’t going to live with them anymore.”
Kourtney Kardashian has been trying to keep the home together after splitting with Scott. They broke up earlier this month, and she has been spotted out and about on a few occasions. Apparently, she has even gotten a few grey hairs from the stress, according to the Inquisitr.
“It took all her strength no to fall apart. It was difficult for them to grasp and truly heartbreaking for Kourtney,” the Kardashian source revealed, adding, “She made sure not to slam Scott to the kids because she knows how important it is for them to have positive feelings towards him even if she doesn’t.”
However, Kardashian could be trying to distract her followers from the drama in her own private life. She has been posting pictures and videos of herself with her friends and children on Instagram and Twitter to show that she is indeed doing well. But for Kardashian, this could merely be a distraction to direct the attention elsewhere. This wouldn’t be the first time the Kardashians have used social media as a distraction.
