Jamie Lee Curtis Incognito: Actress Dresses As Character From ‘Street Fighter,’ Goes Incognito At Evo 2015

Jamie Lee Curtis went incognito at Evo 2015, dressing up as Vega from Street Fighter. According to E! News, the actress was in Las Vegas for the event along with her husband, Christopher Guest, and their two kids, but she did not want to create a stir, so she and the rest of her family dressed in super cool costumes.

Jamie Lee Curtis shared a photo of her family at the event, and their outfits were very entertaining to say the least.

Jamie Lee Curtis’ incognito look was actually perfect for the event, and she and her family fit right in with ease.

In case you were wondering, “Evo” stands for Evolution Championship Series, which is described as the “largest and longest-running fighting game tournaments in the world.” Gaming, in this instance, refers to console games such as Mortal Kombat X and Super Smash Bros.

“Evo brings together the best of the best from around the world in a dazzling exhibition of skill and fun, as players and fans gather to honor the competitive spirit in an open format and determine a champion,” reads the Evo website. This probably isn’t the first place you’d expect to find Jamie Lee Curtis, but it looks like she really had a great time.

According to StarPulse, Jamie Lee Curtis attended her very first Comic-Con in San Diego just weeks before Evo 2015. She was on hand to promote the new show Scream Queens, which was created by Ryan Murphy (Glee). The show is set to air on Fox in the fall. Murphy said that Curtis’ involvement in the show was simply a must, as she starred in the ultimate horror film, Halloween.

Jamie Lee Curtis decided going incognito at Evo 2015 was best, as her family really wanted to attend the event without any fuss. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, it was Curtis’ son who really wanted to attend and asked his mom for the passes as a graduation gift. Their costumes were only fitting, of course, as Curtis recently revealed that she’s a big Street Fighter fan.

“The actress, who has been doing all kinds of cool mom things the last couple of months, said she fell in love with the game after she was introduced to it by her son.”
