WWE News: Vince McMahon And Triple H At Odds On How To Book Seth Rollins

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins has his fans and his haters. Many see Rollins as a great talent, but one who does not come off as well as he should on television or pay-per-view. While it is one thing to be a heel that cannot win on his own and needs others to fight his battles to come out on top, there is an issue when a guy cannot look credible.

This is a big problem for some of the powerful figures in WWE management.

According to Daily Wrestling News , Vince McMahon and Triple H are at odds on how to book Seth Rollins. While no one has an issue with a heel needing help to win, there is a feeling that Rollins comes off as a pushover, especially in his segments with Triple H. Vince feels Rollins comes off as too soft when he could come off looking like a legit champion.

Vince wants Seth Rollins to come off like Edge did. He would be a dirty heel, but a considerable threat as an opponent, as well one who doesn’t take crap from anyone.

Meanwhile, Triple H wants to continue with the disappointed dad angle, which might very well lead into a turn on someone’s part. There is a rumor going around that Seth Rollins won’t be a heel for much longer. If Triple H gets his way, that very well could be the case. If Vince McMahon gets his way, we could see a heel Rollins for much longer and one who would come off as a legit worker.

This is a big reason why WWE had Rollins go over clean in some matches, especially against Dean Ambrose at WWE Money in the Bank. If that sort of thing continues, we very well could see a change in Seth Rollins as a character.

Ideally, Edge is a great person to try and be like. He was a huge star and one of the best heels of the modern era. If there is anyone Seth Rollins should emulate, Edge fits the bill better than most.

Of course, it all depends on how booking goes. Interestingly, we could see two different characters for Seth Rollins depending on the booking angle. However, at some point in the weeks ahead, WWE has to decide which way to go with Rollins or he will be remembered more for his faults than his strengths as a champion.
