Britney Stuns: Silver Mini-Dress Worn By Singer Turns Heads On The Red Carpet

While Caitlyn Jenner was perhaps the biggest star of Wednesday’s ESPY Awards, Britney Spears also received a lot of attention, and looked absolutely stunning in a plunging silver mini-dress, Entertainment Tonight reports.

Although the Oscars and the Grammys are behind us, stars had the opportunity to impress those in attendance at the 2015 ESPY Awards. Many of them seized that opportunity and stars such as Halle Berry, Britney Spears, and Ciara wowed onlookers on the red carpet.

Britney Spears, who recently called it quits with Charlie Ebersol after an eight-month relationship, chose an outfit worthy of a second glance for the occasion. In Style wrote that the “Till the World Ends” singer opted to wear a silver sequin Davidson Zanine dress accented with fringe. With the dress’ plunging neckline and her angelic smile, Britney was stunning. To add to her fashionable look, Spears topped off the sexy look with a pair of black strappy heels.

Many athletes were present at the event, as well as actors and television personalities. There was also a big surprise; Caitlyn Jenner, who was once the athlete Bruce Jenner, received the Arthur Ashe Courage Award.

“I owe a lot to sports. It’s showed me the world,” said Caitlyn Jenner during her first major public appearance since becoming a trans-gendered woman.

“Please be kind to me. I’m new at this. If you want to call me names, make jokes, doubt my intentions, go ahead. The reality is, I can take it.”

Meanwhile, Iggy Azalea and Britney Spears have been feuding on Twitter and the Australian rapper is now blaming Spears for the lack of success of their new song, “Pretty Girls.” However, Iggy is denying that the two are feuding and she says that the media is just trying to create a “beef” between her and Britney Spears.

“I am honestly not surprised but still really saddened that the media is trying to create a ‘beef’ between @britneyspears and myself,” she tweeted before noting that she “dont have to suck the womans a**hole 24/7 to be her friend.”

The “Fancy” singer later tweeted: “We remain friends and i haven’t said anything negative at all about her. Does wishing we had promoted a single more make me the bad guy?”

Meanwhile, a source told Us Weekly that Iggy Azalea “was difficult” while shooting the song’s music video.

“Iggy was difficult with respect to direction of [the] video. Everyone just got fed up and didn’t want to deal with it. Britney, being a veteran artist, was tired of arguing.”

About a year ago, it became known that Iggy Azalea and Britney Spears were working together on a song, and both seemed to promote it every time they saw a microphone or a journalist. Then came the big premiere of “Pretty Girls,” and after the initial excitement, the single has fallen into oblivion and both artists are obviously upset that the song bombed hard.

The song has not achieved the success on music charts it was expected to. Given its apparent failure, Iggy Azalea was the first to attack, saying it was difficult to reach the top without heavy promotion.

The anger that rose in social networks was immediate and Iggy Azalea received a barrage of criticism. Azalea tried to defend her stance by pointing out that her “comment is factual, it applies to any song.”

It appears that Britney wasn’t too thrilled with Iggy’s remarks and Spears responded to the comments on Twitter.

“Can’t wait to get back to Vegas,” Spears tweeted. “So thankful I have shows for the rest of the year to look forward to… #YouWantAPieceOfMe”
