Kourtney Turns To Bible & Family, Gets Fit With Khloe Kardashian’s Weight Loss Tips: Scott Disick Income Shockers

Kourtney Kardashian is coping from her Scott Disick split in some unexpected ways.

With help from sisters, such as Kim and Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney is working out to sweat out her stress, turning to the Bible, and (because even a figure-conscious Kardashian occasionally succumbs to sweet temptation) indulging in cupcakes, reported Us Weekly.

Revealing her life in the post-Scott era on social media, Kourtney is making it clear that she’s determined to pick herself up, dust herself off, enjoy life with her three children and family.

“Ahhhh Monday workouts are always so hard!” admitted Kardashian on Twitter.

And just after she learned that Disick was busy producing PDA with former girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in France, Khloe headed off to join Kim and Khloe in a vigorous workout in the rain.

But Kourtney isn’t neglecting her career as a fashion mogul. The Kardashians’ multiple brands include Kardashian Kids and Dash.

“Don’t forget to head over to http://shopDASHonline.com and celebrate the long weekend in style!” she tweeted her followers on July 3.

Kourtney also quoted the Bible in revealing how she’s coping.

“There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor? James 4:12,” tweeted Kardashian.

In addition, Kourtney has been busy taking on the role of becoming the only parent to her three children. Scott was missing as she celebrated three-year-old Penelope’s Disneyland birthday party. Kardashian also indulged her sweet tooth with her daughter.

Both Kim and Khloe remain staunch supporters of their sisters, who she calls her aces.

“My aces. Can you have two aces?! Well lucky me, I do,” Kourtney posted about her sisters.

And that support works both ways. For Khloe, the Kardashian sisters’ focus on fitness has helped her achieve her weight loss goals, reported People.

“I think all diets are kind of weird. The word ‘die’ is in it,” said Khloe. “I believe in lifestyle changes, and when you think of something long term, you do it better. If I know I just have to eat this way for a week, how does that help you for the long term? It doesn’t.”

Instead, Kardashian has changed her lifestyle. Eliminating soda has been a big accomplishment in achieving her weight loss goals.

“I’ve made major cutbacks. I used to love soda. So I’ve cut out soda completely and I’ll drink iced tea or water for what I drink throughout my day. I just made that like a lifestyle change,” she shared. “I’ll do like one thing, like, a month. I’ll just cut something off little by little, and then it just becomes like a part of your life. You don’t even think about it.”

In addition to getting motivated with her sisters, Khloe credits her trainer, Gunnar Peterson.

“I’m just obsessed with him. I really am. He has changed my body, but he’s not militant. I’m not paying you to yell at me. I want someone who’s motivating and encouraging, like if they are proud of you for even being there that day,” she praised.

“Gunner is, like, really proud and sweet and positive in that way, and also he comes from a place of ‘yes.’ So if I’m like, ‘I want Beyoncé’s booty,’ he’ll say, ‘Okay, we’re gonna do that.’ He’s not like, ‘Well, you can’t because you’re a foot taller than her.’ He just is very positive.”

As for Scott, as the Inquisitr reported, Disick entered a rehab facility, but didn’t remain for even a full day. However, insiders revealed that Disick’s pals are urging him to check himself back into a treatment facility.

So how is Scott supporting himself? Disick has no worries, because despite his split with Kourtney, he still will rake in the money from Keeping Up With The Kardashians, reported TMZ.

Although he won’t be featured in the show partying on his own, he may appear in episodes that touch on the issues between Kourtney and Scott. Regardless, the contract stipulates that Scott will earn an estimated $4,000,000 annually based on the show and spin-offs.

Moreover, Disick is now potentially posed to star in a different reality show, reported Radar Online.

“The show is about a real-life Entourage,” said a source. “He would be joining a group of high-profile men.”

Rehab would not be required for Scott to participate.

“The show would just follow him and the other guys partying and hanging out,” noted the insider. “It’s in the very beginning stages, but Scott is interested.”
