Ben Affleck Is Spotted Still Wearing His Wedding Ring In The Bahamas

As the Inquisitr reported, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner followed in Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow’s footsteps by taking their kids on a family vacation prior to their divorce news hitting the internet. This way, the family could enjoy a nice vacation with their children outside of the paparazzi lens.

That said, there must have been a few paparazzos that flew to the Bahamas after their location was identified, because People released exclusive pictures of Ben and Jen sharing a few moments alone in the Bahamas.

According to a source, Affleck appeared “distracted” during their conversation, but the two “seemed to be cordial to each other. They would look at each other and speak and then both look away in silence.” The conversation had a “somber” tone and the pair stared off into space often.

One thing that people picked up on is the fact that Ben Affleck still had his wedding band on, while Jennifer Garner didn’t. Check the pictures out for yourself.

As People reported earlier, Affleck was completely devastated by the split. Although the two tried their best to work it out, sources say that Affleck is the one who is completely broken up by their marriage falling apart.

A source told the magazine, “He’s devastated. Nobody intends to go down this path. They both battled, and he really battled to try and save the marriage but ultimately it was the best thing for the kids and for him and Jen.”

The source continued, speaking about their living arrangements months following up to the split. “They’ve been separated for 10 months but he was living at the house. These are things that they have consciously done because they want to make sure that this is as easy as they can make it on the kids.”

“These are two people who really tried to save their marriage and worked really hard at it. Ultimately they had grown apart and they did what was best for their kids.”

As for their family trip, it’s said that Jennifer arrived at Baker’s Bay in the Abacos on the day of their wedding anniversary on June 29, while Ben arrived on June 28. A day after Garner arrived, the couple announced the news that they were divorcing.

It’s said that the two just grew apart. Even though they’re great as parents, they weren’t on the same page as a couple.
