Gymnast Aly Raisman has posed nude for the ESPN Body Issue 2015. According to People Magazine, the Massachusetts native — and Olympic Gold Medalist — is featured in this year’s magazine issue, showing off her incredible chiseled body. In her interview, Raisman talks about the difficulties she has faced while training for the Olympics and just how taxing her workouts and routines have been.
“Every day is a challenge. Even though at the 2012 Olympics we were so happy to win the gold medal, every day is not like that. I think people don’t understand that; people don’t see that side of the sport – the frustration, how much it takes a toll on your body, and mentally as well.”
Aly Raisman looks amazing nude, but she puts in a lot of hard work. According to ESPN, Raisman is considering a return to the Olympics in 2016. Although she knows it’s going to be a lot of work (she will train for about seven hours each day), Raisman says that it’s something that she’s really thinking about.
“I’ll be 22 in the Olympics year. If I make the team, I’ll be the oldest U.S. gymnast. My body is a little bit more achy than it was before, but at the same time I feel like I’m smarter now and able to understand the recovery process. I always joke that I’m 21 going on 50.”
Raisman is proud of her accomplishments, but she admits that it’s a lot of training for one chance that only lasts a couple of minutes. However, she knows that her career is rewarding, and she should be proud of all that she has done thus far. She has a lot of support, and people really love to watch her routines, so seeing her in Rio in 2016 would be pretty awesome.

Raisman has had quite a bit of success outside of the Olympics as well. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Aly previously competed on Dancing with the Stars, and made it to the finals. She has also signed endorsement deals and has been a staple at many events in her hometown (Needham, Massachusetts) and in the city of Boston.
