Tyler Perry & Bobbi Kristina’s Family Gather, End Feuds, As Relapsed Nick Gordon Faces $10M Lawsuit [Video]

As Bobbi Kristina’s family gathers to pray for a medical miracle in her hospice room, the 22-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown has also received visits from Tyler Perry and other close friends of her famous relatives. With feuds set aside for prayers, Bobbi Kristina’s family has been keeping close watch at the end-of-life hospice care facility, reported Entertainment Tonight.

However, that forgiveness does not include Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon. Previously banned from her hospital room, then sent to rehab after an intervention by Dr. Phil, Gordon is now faced with a lawsuit that charges the 25-year-old with theft and domestic abuse.

“If this case goes to trial, you’ll see the Brown family and the Houston family both testify on behalf of the state,” predicted private investigator T.J. Ward.

But for members of the Brown and Houston family, as well as friends such as Tyler Perry, who lost Whitney at an all-too-young age, the knowledge that Bobbi Kristina is near death takes center stage rather than retribution, as the Inquisitr reported.

Perry first became friends with Whitney, then gradually became almost a member of the Brown and Houston family. And since January 31, when Bobbi Kristina was found unconscious in the home she shared with Nick Gordon, Tyler has remained in constant contact with her relatives.

Having worked with Bobbi Kristina when she guest-starred on his show, For Better or Worse, Perry previously headed to the 22-year-old’s hospital room in February. The 45-year-old actor/director/producer also helped Bobby by providing his private plane so that the singer could be transported quickly to visit Bobbi Kristina.

While Bobbi’s family and friends are at her Atlanta hospice, Nick Gordon has been spotted in Florida, reported People.

Banned from her room while facing the lawsuit, Gordon is still hoping he can visit Bobbi Kristina, said a relative.

“He is heartbroken and grieving. Nick was holding out hope that he would see her one final time. He is very emotional.”

However, in addiction to the civil lawsuit by Bobbi Kristina’s conservator charging domestic violence and theft, the district attorney is evaluating a separate case about what unfolded on Jan. 31 that resulted in the tragedy for the 22-year-old.

And despite that stay in rehab, Nick now appears to have relapsed, reported the Daily Mail. With a new girlfriend, Gordon allegedly has been visiting bars.

“I’ve seen them drinking together at her house. He portrays himself as a good citizen, grieving and whatever but I’ve seen him losing his temper. I’ve seen him drunk as a skunk, falling down drunk. That plastic cup that he carries round with him is full of vodka,” said a source.

“Last week he was out at Gator’s bar with her, watching the basketball, until one in the morning. A couple of months ago he was drunk at the pool [near his home]. He was drunk and maybe high and using profanities.”

As the Inquisitr reported, the lawsuit against Gordon goes into the specifics of his alleged theft before and during Bobbi Kristina’s hospital residency, as well as various occasions on which he allegedly physically abused her.

“No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured. Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina.”

A minimum of $10 million is sought.
