WWE News: Vince McMahon Said To Be Furious Over Dean Ambrose Vs. Seth Rollins At ‘Money In The Bank’

WWE Superstars have been told on more than one occasion that they have to abide by a certain style. Risks aren’t taken as much as you’d see on the Indie scene and for good reason. WWE does not want to lose any talent to an injury, so needless to say they’ll need to make sure they keep all of their talent safe. Sometimes wrestlers go beyond the call of duty just to put on a crazy good match, when they really should hold back. Regardless of how fans see the match, risks can be minimized by not doing certain things in or out of the ring during a match.

WWE Chairman Vince McMahon made sure to make it mandatory to be safe. Yet former Indie workers like to go all out. This has led Vince to getting angry in the past and he did so recently as well. According to Daily Wrestling News, Vince was said to be furious over the Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins match at the Money in the Bank PPV. Although many loved the match, it did have a lot of risks that did not need to be taken. Vince specifically did not like when Ambrose took three powerbomb spots onto different surfaces.

Vince was said to have wanted the match to end there, but Triple H called for the two ladder spots when Seth Rollins stacked the ladders on Ambrose and when the two came down with the belt. The match concluded with the Triple H spots, as we know by now.

This is not the first time Vince has been upset with Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose matches, as the two have gone quite far in the past. Triple H is normally okay with what they want to do as long as it can be considered safe and the both of them sign off on it. However, Vince is more about the safety as a whole. Vince normally wins out when it comes to matches, but at times the talent gets their way. This is why we have seen some crazy spots in matches over the years, even since the major head studies have come out.

Talent gets a good mix in of course, but the top stars are the one’s with the most clout. So even if they do something Vince does not like, punishment for such actions is next to nothing because of need. We’ve seen how John Cena and Randy Orton have exploited this over the years in WWE. It is not surprising that others now do it as well.
