Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, And Liam Payne Face Off: Who Is The Most Romantic Member Of One Direction?
Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and Liam Payne recently revealed the most romantic gestures that they’ve ever used to impress girls. It turns out that the guys definitely know their stuff, so Directioners better get ready to swoon.
Each member of One Direction bravely took Sugarscape’s “Who is the Most Romantic?” quiz, and three of the band’s remaining four members were asked to describe the most romantic thing that they’ve ever done. Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and Liam Payne were all willing to share their sweet stories, but Directioners will be sad to know that the interviewer evidently forgot to ask Niall Horan about his best attempt at making a lady feel very lucky in love.
According to Liam Payne, he tried to appeal to his current ladyfriend’s admiration for all things cute and fluffy by making her the proud mommy of an adorable furbaby. Sophia Smith was so thrilled with her wriggly Christmas gift that it sounds like the pup topped the new car that Liam had purchased for her the year before.
“I’ve got a big Great Dane and another little one, they’re called Watson and Ralph,” Liam revealed. “So the Christmas before last I bought Soph a car because she’d just passed her test, and last year I was like ‘Jesus Christ, what do I do this Christmas that out-does a car?’ She wanted a dog, so I put a picture of Ralph in a card saying ‘Will you be my Mummy’, and when she opened it she was like, ‘ahhh do I get the dog’? And I was like ‘yeah it’s coming in a bit’. Then I pretended to go to the kitchen and get a drink, and I came in with the puppy and it was it the best thing ever.”
Louis Tomlinson also planned his most romantic gesture during the Christmas holidays.
“So once with one of my ex girlfriends I made my back garden into a winter wonderland for Christmas, with like fake snow and stuff.”
Louis definitely gets an “A” for effort, but perhaps Harry Styles created the most magical romantic moment — he didn’t do it simply because he felt the holiday pressure to be a sweet Santa Claus.
“I’ve told this story before, but when I was at school I did this big picnic thing in the park for my girlfriend at the time, and then when I called her to come out she wouldn’t,” Harry revealed. “She was like, ‘Oh I’m in my pajamas.’ And she never knew.”
Perhaps the girl in this tragic tale of woe is the same one that Harry recently referenced at a One Direction concert. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Harry stopped the performance to point out one of his pals in the crowd. The singer then told the surprised audience that this old school friend had once stolen his girlfriend. If she’s the same girl who turned down the picnic because she was in her PJs, she’s likely living a life full of regret.
Harry Styles’ romantic picnic might not be the most creative romantic gesture that you’ve ever heard of, but the singer recently showed his love for love in a much bigger way — he proved that he cares about all the lovers out there by taking an interest in the relationships of others. According to Billboard, he’s one of the many celebrities who made it known that they’re pleased as punch about marriage equality coming to America.

Harry is the only member of One Direction who tweeted about America’s historic day for LGBT couples.
