Lindsay Lohan Allegedly Attacks Woman During Nightclub Outing

Lindsay Lohan was just released from her probationary period less than two weeks ago and now the starlet may be in trouble once again, this time for allegedly punching a female in a Los Angeles nightclub.

The actress was out with friends at The Standard on Thursday night, a trendy West Hollywood hot spot where she is believed to have started a fight.

Sgt. Ed Hummel of the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department tells the Daily News:

“The person claims she was punched in the back by Lohan.”

The accuser filed an official police report but the persons name has not yet been released and no arrested have been made at this time.

Speaking to TMZ.com Lohan’s spokesman Steve Honig said the accusation is fake:

“Lindsay was absolutely not involved in any sort of altercation whatsoever,” Honig told TMZ.com. “This is clearly another case of someone looking for money and 15 minutes of fame.”

Lohan was released from her formal supervised probationary period on March 29, probation she received from two DUI cases in 2007.

Upon being released from her probation Judge Stephanie Sautner who saw Lohan through her entire case told her to “lead your life in a more mature way” and suggested that Lindsay Lohan should “stop the night clubbing and focus on your work.”

While Lohan was removed from her supervised probationary period she is still on non-reporting probation until 2014 because of her necklace shoplifting case in 2011.

Lohan has not publicly released a statement on her own regarding this new nightclub incident, then again Lohan barely ever talks for herself these days.
