Chris Brown Smacked Down By Karrueche Tran, Still Hopelessly Pines For Her Afterward

Chris Brown might just be one of the most widely disliked musicians still bankable enough to be called famous. While many detractors said Chris would never recover from the public relations disaster that was his domestic abuse dispute with Rihanna, Brown has been able to slip his way back into the spotlight — even if he’s largely maintained attention lately over his less-than-amicable split with ex-girlfriend and model Karrueche Tran.

Karrueche has been very open about her displeasure for Chris’ continued efforts to win her back — something that hasn’t deterred Brown from discussing his desire to rekindle the relationship when speaking to the media. Tran herself took to Instagram on Sunday in order to set the record straight about where the pair is headed when it comes to their relationship: nowhere at all.

“I’m not speaking on you or bashing you (like I easily could). Don’t be mad at me because our relationship is over due to lack of loyalty. You know what’s weak? You forcing yourself into my car… my broken window… blowing up my phone… trying to shower me with gifts. Man the f**k up and change the bs in your life like I’ve told you several times.”

Just a few hours after Karrueche unleashed her Instagram rant on Chris, he again sheepishly responded to the woman who he’s still chasing.

“I’m eternally thankful for you being in a part of my life. I’ve learned so much from you. I wish u nothing but happiness and the best. ?? All I was doing was trying to fight for the woman that I love. Thankx I learned a lot ??”

Karrueche appeared to be set off by a recent interview in which Chris once again professed his undying affection for the model, as well as an Instagram post where the rapper said that Tran “shouldn’t be doing f*****g interviews” if there was no more relationship. While speaking with Ryan Seacrest earlier this week, Brown said that despite everything, he “still loves” Karrueche, reported Gossip Cop.

“I can’t promise anything, and I can’t jump over the moon, but it takes time for all wounds [to heal]. I take full responsibility for my actions and things that I’ve done in the past. I just feel like it’s just a time thing… I’m not a hateful person. Of course I still love her, but mentally right now, I just think everything takes time. I think I just need to focus on being the best father I can be.”
