Caitlyn Jenner On Kris: “Wouldn’t Trade That Time For Anything!” [Video]

Caitlyn Jenner took to Twitter this week to reflect on her 23-year relationship with Kris Jenner. Caitlyn seems much happier these days, since her interview with Diane Sawyer, and is reflecting positively on her long marriage to then-wife Kris Jenner. The reality star said on Twitter that she has no regrets, posting that her time with Kris was full of “love & good times.”

“Reading the VF article reminded me of the love & good times Kris & I shared for so many years. Wouldn’t trade that time for anything!” Caitlyn posted.

When asked about 65-year-old Bruce’s transformation into Caitlyn, Kris revealed the subject wasn’t a new one. “This was a conversation that took place in the early ’90s. So, what he was telling me happened a decade earlier, and he never really explained it,” Kris told Vanity Fair, according to Us Weekly.

Kris recently made headlines, as reported by the Inquisitr, because she took a vacation in the City of Lights, Paris, and has become the talk of the town since her divorce from Caitlyn. The Jenner marriage wasn’t all roses, as Caitlyn’s interview with Vanity Fair confirmed.

“A lot of times she wasn’t very nice,” Caitlyn said of Kris. “People would see how I got mistreated. She controlled the money … all that kind of stuff.” According to Caitlyn, her divorce from Kris was “twenty percent (due to) gender and 80 percent (because of) the way I was treated,” reports the New York Daily News.

But Us Weekly reveals Kris has a different take.

“He was married to me and he wasn’t who he wanted to be so he was miserable,” she told the magazine. “All I was doing was working very hard for my family so that we could all have a wonderful future, and he was pissed off. At the end of my relationship with Bruce, he definitely had a lot of social anxiety… That was one of the reasons we were in a struggle at the end. We fought a lot because we would go out together and, before we got to the end of the block, we were in a fight because he started saying, ‘When can we go home?’ ”

Kris questioned why Caitlyn didn’t reveal her desire to be a woman before the couple married. “Why would you want to be married and have kids if this is what you wanted since you were a little boy? Why would you not explain this all to me?” Kris told Vanity Fair about Jenner’s desire to become a woman.

The now-estranged couple have two daughters together, reality stars Kendall and Kylie, who are frequently on the front page themselves. Even though Caitlyn and Kris have split, their reality show will reportedly continue, with Caitlyn getting her own spin-off show.
