Jurassic Park Vs. Jurassic Pork: Which ‘Summer Blockbuster’ Are You More Excited To See? [Video]

One of the most-anticipated movies coming out this summer is Jurassic World. Because of the hype surrounding the fourth installment in the Jurassic Park series, the Inquisitr has kept up with the latest reports on the upcoming movie. The latest trailer has been released and it is really selling the movie to be seen in theaters. This is a plus because the last trailer was analyzed to be sexist by Joss Whedon. Despite this, Jurassic World is truly shaping up to be amazing.

But apparently, Jurassic World has a new competitor to deal with, and with the latest side-by-side review, it seems like a close race. Along with the fourth movie, there will also be Jurassic Pork. And yes, it is all just an entertaining joke.

The video was uploaded on the official YouTube page of Sausage Party on June 3, 2015. As shown in the attached video above, Jurassic Pork is a parody of Jurassic World (which the latter part of the title was renamed to “Park” to match with pork). People were replaced with sausages, raptors were replaced with chicken nuggets, and that huge gator-like dinosaur was replaced with a chihuahua. Overall, the video is just entertaining to watch from beginning to end. What Sausage Party did was make a side-by-side comparison, just so viewers can see how close the parody is to the original trailer.

Apparently, many YouTube users are fans of the video. As of the publication of this article, the video has been viewed over 140,000 times. Out of those views, a little over 850 have liked the video, while a meager 33 have not. It should also be noted the video has gained viral status as it is currently in the #PopularOnYouTube list.
