Bieber Found Guilty: Justin Bieber Guilty Of Assault, Careless Driving With Selena Gomez In Canada, $750 Fine [Video]

Justin Bieber was found guilty both of assault and careless driving in Canada. The famous pop singer, who recently attempted to apologize for his past in various ways, received a $750 fine, reported the New York Daily News.

Showing up in his hometown through a video, Bieber entered a plea of guilty. The charges for careless driving and assault resulted from August, 2014, in Ontario.

Justin was given the chance to comment about the guilty plea.

“No, ma’am,” said Bieber politely.

Selena Gomez, who is Justin’s former girlfriend, was in an ATV when the incident occurred.

The vehicle and a minivan collided. Police described what occurred next as a physical altercation between Bieber and the driver.

Initially charged with dangerous driving, Bieber was found guilty of careless driving instead.

However, the original incident also involved some yelling and nastiness from the beloved Bieber, reported the National Post.

One of the photographers driving the van found himself being threatened by Justin’s fists, said 47-year-old Todd Gillis about the 21-year-old pop star.

“Why are you here? You can’t be here, you can’t be doing this. Get out of here and leave me alone,” yelled Justin.

After trying to hit him three times, Bieber stopped. Gillis complained later that his shoulder was sore.

However, both then entered pleas of guilty to trespassing on Bieber land.

When Justin appeared via video link, he was in his California lawyer’s office, attired in a white dress shirt. He refused Judge Kathryn McKerlie’s offer to let him speak.

After giving him the fine of $750 for the bad driving and discharge for the assault charge, McKerlie also gave Bieber a lesson.

“The lesson in all of this is to think before you act in the future.”

As the Inquisitr reported, Justin Bieber has sought to change his bad boy image in various ways, including subjecting himself to a roast that featured everyone from a surprisingly raunchy Martha Stewart to Kevin Hart.

In addition, with support from his manager, Bieber softened his songs by appearing with Carly Rae Jepsen and Tom Hanks in a video.

The single, called “I Really Like You,” features Carly with Bieber and Hanks. Justin followed up the experience with a laudatory tweet to his manager (Scooter Braun) and Carly. Braun manages both Justin and Carly.

“@carlyraejepsen @scooterbraun today was a great day. I need some rest. #IReallyLikeYou video is gonna be amazing”
