Kim Zolciak Explains Why She Still Chooses To Wear Wigs

Kim Zolciak joined The Real Housewives of Atlanta when she was a single mother of two children and was in her late 20s. People didn’t believe that Kim was not a day over 30 at the time, because she looked much older. Zolciak was often wearing lots of makeup and wasn’t scared to show off her assets.

However, since that time, Kim Zolciak has changed the way she looks. Now, she is the mother of six children, and she has had work done. But there is one thing that has not changed. Kim still adores her wigs and has even worked on turning her passion into a business venture. These days, Zolciak isn’t wearing them to hide her real hair.

According to a new Instagram post, Kim Zolciak is now revealing that she actually still wears her wigs, even though she showed off her real hair a few years back. On The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kim revealed that she wore wigs because of a mysterious illness and people didn’t question it at all. After showing off her long golden locks, many thought that Zolciak was done with the wigs. But for Kim, it comes down to time saved.

“Real hair don’t care. I love my hair but a wig is so much easier for me! They can be curled off my head and just put on and I’m ready to roll! Be on the look out my extension line coming soon #GoBig,” Kim Zolciak revealed on Instagram, adding that she would much rather spend time with her children than doing her hair in the morning.

This Real Housewives of Atlanta star has been the subject of many plastic surgery rumors. Kim Zolciak recently denied having a nose job and compared her daughters’ noses to her own to prove her point. But this week, tabloids reported that Kim had gotten surgery on her face, which is something Zolciak denies completely.

“This is ridiculous!” Kim Zolciak revealed, adding, “Top doctors my ass! I have not had surgery on my face period!!!!”

Whenever Kim has had work done, she is very open and honest about it. Zolciak decided to get surgery after she had given birth to her twins, because her body had completely changed. This was something Kim documented on Don’t Be Tardy, and her husband was in full support of her. According to the Inquisitr, she revealed that Kroy Biermann had been taking care of her after her surgery. So, while Kim isn’t on the operating table these days, she does still wear her wigs.
