Jenelle Evans Reveals Court Details: Was Her Fight With Nathan Captured For ‘Teen Mom 2’ Season 6?

Jenelle Evans and her fiance, Nathan Griffith, were involved in an alleged dispute last Tuesday, which resulted in a warrant being placed for the Teen Mom 2 star’s arrest. After turning herself in on Thursday, Jenelle Evans was released, and now, she’s speaking out.

During an interview with Real Mr. Housewife on June 2, Jenelle Evans opened up about what happened in the wee hours of Tuesday morning, and explained what her next move will be.

“I went to go pick Kaiser up and when I went to go pick him up, he grabbed my phone and he wouldn’t give it back.”

According to Jenelle Evans, she and Griffith “wrestled” for her phone before he locked himself inside his house. Although it was very early in the morning, Jenelle Evans pressed on, requesting Griffith give her the phone. When he refused, she claimed, she left.

“Then after I left he went to the police station and pressed charges on me and said I attacked him… Not even 24 hours afterwards he wanted those charges dropped. He wanted the judge to know that and everything.”

A court appearance in Jenelle Evans’ case is scheduled for Thursday, but neither she, nor Griffith, will appear. Instead, she explained, her lawyer will be representing her.

As for what’s next for Jenelle Evans and Griffith, she said there’s not a no-contact order in place, but they keep their communication to a minimum, speaking only when they are exchanging their 11-month old son, Kaiser.

Jenelle Evans and Griffith’s alleged feud would have likely made for quite the dramatic moment on Teen Mom 2, but according to the mother of two, MTV was not present for their fight. The network did, however, return to South Carolina after the altercation took place.

“They [MTV] came down whenever they found out that I had a warrant. They weren’t there for what happened between me and Nathan, though.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Jenelle Evans recently surfaced without her engagement ring, and according to an OK! Magazine report, has joined Tinder in hopes of finding love post-Griffith.

For more Jenelle Evans, tune into Teen Mom 2 Season 6, when the series premieres on July 9 at 10 p.m. on MTV. On the show, fans will watch as Evans and Griffith get engaged in St. Thomas, and then began to show cracks in their relationship, which eventually lead to their breakup in early March of this year.
