‘Teen Mom 2’ Mugshot: MTV Cameras Capture Jenelle Evans Turning Herself In To Police

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans surprised fans when it was revealed she was a wanted woman by Myrtle Beach police yesterday. The reality show star allegedly showed up at her ex-boyfriend’s house late at night and got into a physical altercation with him. However, Jenelle fled the scene before she could be apprehended. This led to the police requesting a warrant for her and Jenelle deciding to turn herself into police custody today. However, she didn’t opt for a low-key appearance and had MTV cameras there for the event!

The Ashley’s Reality Roundup is reporting that the troubled Teen Mom 2 star turned herself in at noon on Thursday. The latest trouble occurred earlier this week when, reportedly, Jenelle showed up to her ex-boyfriend, Nathan Griffith’s house, late at night. She claimed she was there to pick up their son, Kaiser; however, she was there at a very late time. Nathan claimed his ex smelled of alcohol and that an altercation occurred. According to reports that cite the police complaint, Jenelle allegedly attacked Nathan and left marks and scratches on his body.

After fleeing the scene, Jenelle tweeted several tweets from her “PR account” which have since been deleted. In some, the account alleged that Nathan had run over Jenelle with his truck. Although Jenelle retweeted that tweet, it was soon deleted by the original account.

Yesterday, the Teen Mom 2 stars lawyer revealed that Jenelle was getting ready to turn herself in, and on Thursday, she did just that. She showed up to the Myrtle Beach police department with an MTV camera crew in tow. The Ashley reports that news camera crews were also there as the reality show star readied to turn herself in.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Jenelle Evans “PR account” released another statement stating that Jenelle was at Nathan’s house to pick up their son, but that he refused. The tweet also alleges that Nathan Griffith stole her phone. Various reports since the incident have stated that Nathan allegedly doesn’t want to press charges against the mother of his child, so it is unclear how things will play out. However, since MTV was there capturing every moment, fans will likely find out what happens when the new season of Teen Mom 2 airs this summer.

Teen Mom 2 is set to air in July with Jenelle Evans, Nathan Griffith, and the rest of the cast on board.
