Josh Murray Looks Back Fondly At ‘Bachelorette’ Experience, Fans Call For Him To Be Next ‘Bachelor’ Star

Will the next The Bachelor star be Josh Murray? On Monday, as Josh sat down to watch the latest The Bachelorette episode, he posted a tweet in which he admitted that seeing the mansion used for the filming of the franchise brought back great memories for him, specifically the friendships that he made.

Josh’s tweet prompted some of his fans to write that he should be the next Bachelor. One ardent fan predicted that Josh will be back at the mansion soon to hand out roses.

Josh’s relationship with Andi Dorfman, whom he proposed to at the end of the previous season of The Bachelorette, ended in early January. Despite his own relationship not working out, Josh is still a fan of the franchise. He tweeted his happiness that Britt Nilsson, who lost the Bachelorette starring role to Kaitlyn Bristowe, found Brady Toops. Monday night’s episode showed Brady, upon learning that Britt was sent home, going to her hotel room to comfort her.

Viewers may see whether Britt really does find a happy ending with Brady on the rest of the season. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, the show’s creator and producer has promised that viewers will see updates on Britt all season long.

Besides his happiness for Britt Nilsson, Josh Murray also recently posted a tweet that may have been directed at his ex-fiancee Andi Dorfman.

In response to Josh’s tweet, several people wrote that he needs to give love another chance and be the next Bachelor. Yet one person did plead with Josh, “a man of God with a decent family,” to forget about doing the show because it’s “garbage.”

Would Josh really be the Bachelor despite his engagement to former Bachelorette Andi not working out? In an interview with E! News in late March, Josh said that he would pass on doing The Bachelorette again but is up forThe Bachelor.

“If I had the chance to be the ‘Bachelor’ then I would think about it. But there’s no other way I’d go on [The Bachelorette]. It was a great experience, but I did that already and I’m kind of moving on from that specific part of my life.”

While Josh Murray would not go on The Bachelorette again, his former competitor for Andi Dorfman’s affections, Nick Viall, gave it another go. As seen on the official trailer, viewers will see Nick, who came in behind Josh for Andi, returning to the show to pursue current Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe.
