Bruce Jenner is getting a surge of support from his family on the eve of the two-night Keeping Up with the Kardashians special “About Bruce,” and his latest supporters are his youngest daughters, Kylie and Kendall.
People Magazine reports that Kylie and Kendall stopped by dad Bruce Jenner’s house for a visit. While there, Kylie tried to find a quiet corner to answer a few SnapChat questions from her fans. At one point Bruce and Kendall enter the room Kylie is in and can clearly be heard in the background of the video. Kendall even tells Kylie not to “talk sh*t.”
Bruce Jenner likely still needs as much support from his family as he can get, especially from his daughters. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Bruce Jenner’s gender transition has thrust the already-famous (and infamous) family further into the spotlight. It also made it nearly impossible for Jenner or anyone in the family to keep the transition secret. Instead, Bruce seemed to settle for releasing the information on his own terms. Those terms included giving his children scripted responses to repeat if asked about his transition, and refusing to comment on the entire journey until his interview with Diane Sawyer.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians special “About Bruce” will explore Jenner’s gender transition and how it has affected his children and ex-wife, Kris Jenner. Of all of the reality programing that will center around Bruce Jenner and the revelation that he is transgender, “About Bruce” is the only one to specifically focus on the Kardashian-Jenner family, but it may also be the most controlled.
The question is, who is ultimately in control of “About Bruce”?
Footage emerged of Kim Kardashian-West crying while explaining to Kylie and Kendall Jenner that their mother cries every time she thinks about Bruce Jenner’s transition. However, sources told RadarOnline that Kim’s tears are merely Kris Jenner’s way of cashing in on Bruce Jenner before he leaves the series for good.
“Apparently, Kris and Bruce had it out over this upcoming two-hour special because she wanted to use some of the footage that he was saving for the docuseries in the special.”
To that end, RadarOnline also reports that the footage of Bruce and Kendall Jenner took as long as six hours to complete because of lighting issues. Sources described “About Bruce” as carefully choreographed, but then again, isn’t everything related to the Kardashians
