Celebrities React To Royal Baby: See What President Obama And Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Had To Say
Celebrities around the world are reacting to the arrival of the royal baby, sending warm wishes to Kate Middleton and Prince William as they welcome their second child.
The couple welcomed their baby daughter — whose name has not yet been announced — on Saturday. Not long after, the messages started to pour in on social media, with dignitaries and celebrities alike helping welcome the little girl to the world.
The royal baby’s birthday will be extra special for some celebrities. Both David Beckham and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson share a birthday on May 2, making her arrival date a bit more memorable for them.

Beckham noted the shared birthday as well.
“Incredible news. I couldn’t be happier for William and Kate,” he wrote on Facebook. “Happy to hear that mother and daughter are fine. It’s not a bad day to be born.”
President Barack Obama sent Duchess Kate a message, wishing the entire family well.
“Michelle and I are delighted to congratulate the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, her Majesty the Queen and the Royal Family, and all the people of the United Kingdom on the birth of the Royal Princess,” he said. “On behalf of the American people, we wish the Duke and Duchess and their son George much joy and happiness on the occasion of the arrival of the newest member of their family.”

Some took advantage of the yet-unnamed baby, offering suggestions to Duchess Kate and Prince William.

While the celebrities react to the royal baby, others noted the amazing timing of it. Saturday was a big day in the United States, which hosted both the Kentucky Derby and the mega-fight between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao.
Look I’m just relieved the royal baby was born in time for her to watch the Pacquiao/Mayweather fight
