Bobbi Kristina Brown Is Changing Her Name

Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of the late Whitney Houston has decided to change her name to sever all ties with her father Bobby Brown.

According to inside sources at TMZ Bobbi wants no association with Bobby Brown and she had actually attempted to have her name changed in the past but her mom veto’d the move years ago.

According to reports Bobbi made the decision now because she’s in a “better place” about what she wants to do. Brown fell apart after her mother died in a Beverly Hills Hotel last month and the 19-year old was rushed to the hospital on three separate occasions after consuming potentially deadly mixes of alcohol and prescription drugs.

It’s still not clear when the name change will take place but according to sources her she’ll drop her first name as well and instead go by Kristina Houston.
