Does anyone have a tattoo of you on his or her body? Do you have a tattoo of anybody on your body? Betty White was utterly surprised to find out that many people all over the world have a tattoos of her on their bodies.
Jimmy Kimmel arranged for people who have tattoos of Betty White to show them to her when White was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! this week. She was able to see and talk to them via Jimmy Kimmel’s Wall of America .
The 93-year-old legend could not imagine that so many people have a tattoo of her. There were tattoos on people’s legs and arms and other places they could show on television.
The iconic star is so loved that people of all ages and from all walks of life have shown their devotion by inking her face on themselves. It was reported that when Kimmel introduced the Hollywood legend to nine people who have her face inked permanently on them, Betty reacted by saying, “Oh dear…” Then she added, “It makes me feel wonderful, and so glad I’m not them.” Then she asked, “And you have to live with that all the time?”
Most of the people honored White with a tattoo of her when she was in the Golden Girls phase of her career. In fact, many of the fans included all of the golden girls in the tattoo. It is interesting that of the fours stars of the Golden Girls , Betty is the only one still living.
There are so many other facets of Betty’s life that fans could have used as a tattoo. Her career has spanned over seven decades. In 2013, the Guinness World Records awarded her with having the longest television career for a female entertainer. Betty is an actress, comedienne, author, producer, radio host, singer, and television personality who started her career in 1939. She has received many honors and awards during her more than 76 years of entertaining America, and the awards are sill coming. She is scheduled to receive a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 42nd Daytime Emmy Awards on April 26.
Daily Dot noted that viewers could tell White looked slightly taken aback and confused that anybody would make such a decision to have a permanent picture of her on their skin. Because Betty White is so loved, it would not be a surprise if more people will get inked with a picture of her. Would you get a tattoo of Betty White?
