Kelly Clarkson Talks Schedule For Romantic Relationships As Pink Joins Her Weight Gain Controversy [Video]

Kelly Clarkson refuses to schedule romantic relationships with her husband. That’s her admission as she’s in the spotlight again after a controversy about her weight gain, reported People.

“I always swore ours would not be a relationship where we have to schedule sex,” she declared. “That is never going to happen.”

She refers to how she values her relationship with husband Brandon Blackstock in simple terms.

“Oxygen-mask mentality — take care of yourself first!”

And Kelly now is joined by Pink in defying her weight gain critics, challenging them for daring to determine how she should feel about her body. Taking to Twitter after reading the social media slams about her post-pregnancy physique, the singer responded by slamming right back, reported Entertainment Tonight.

The size situation stemmed from Pink’s appearance at the John Wayne 30th Annual Odyssey Ball in Beverly Hills. Joined by her 39-year-old husband Carey Hart at the cancer benefit, Pink revealed her shock that her followers and fans paid more attention to how she looked in her dress than the cause she supported.

“I can see that some of you are concerned about me from your comments about my weight. You’re referring to the pictures of me from last night’s (Saturday) cancer benefit that I attended to support my dear friend Dr. Maggie DiNome. She was given the Duke Award for her tireless efforts and stellar contributions to the eradication of cancer. But unfortunately, my weight seems much more important to some of you.”

Pink made it clear just how she feels about her body, regardless of what others think.

“I am perfectly fine, perfectly happy, and my healthy, voluptuous and crazy strong body is having some much deserved time off,” she said of refusing to diet.

In addition, the 35-year-old pop singer shared that her daughter and husband like her body too.

“Willow said to me the other day whilst grabbing my belly — ‘mama-why r u so squishy?’ And I said..’b/cuz I’m happy baby,'” posted Pink. “And my hubby says ‘it’s just more to love baby’ (and then I smack his hand off my booty cause we’re in a supermarket).”

However, Pink had some supporters among the body bully blasters.

“Twitter is better when @Pink is shutting down the haters #trollingthewrongperson.”

As the Inquisitr reported, country crooner and new mom Kelly Clarkson also has contended with her own share of fat-shaming.

Even news personality Chris Wallace criticized her on air along with radio host Mike Gallagher.

“Kelly Clarkson? Holy cow, did she blow up,” zinged Mike.

“She could stay off the deep dish pizza for a little bit,” agreed Wallace.

But now Kelly is admitting that she wishes she could lose weight, reported E News.

“There are just some people who are born skinny and with a great metabolism—that is not me. I wish I had a better metabolism,” confessed Clarkson.

However, she feels that the bullying and fat-shaming that she’s endured result from her attitude about not sweating her size.

“I don’t obsess about my weight, which is probably one of the reasons why other people have such a problem with it,” revealed Kelly.
