Jessica Biel: Baby Name Silas Honors Justin Timberlake’s Relatives, Reveals ‘Poopy Diaper’ Practice And Paleo Pregnancy Diet [Video]

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have a son, revealing that the baby name is Silas Randall Timberlake. The first child of the uber-famous singer and popular actress was named after Justin’s relatives, reported People.

With the parents reportedly “ecstatic” and baby doing great, the doting couple revealed that Silas honors Justin’s grandpa Bill Silas Bomar, who passed away in 2012. Randall is the first name of Timberlake’s dad.

Throughout the pregnancy, which they initially tried to hide, Jessica and Justin expressed their joy at becoming new parents. Timberlake was the one who announced the baby bump news to celebrate turning 34 in January.

“Thank you EVERYONE for the Bday wishes! This year, I’m getting the GREATEST GIFT EVER. CAN’T WAIT.”

But even Justin and Jessica didn’t know whether it would be a boy or girl, deciding to wait and be happily surprised along with the rest of the world.

On Jessica’s 33rd birthday, Justin again shared his love for her on social media.

“Happy Bday to the sweetest, most GORGEOUS, goofiest, most BAD-A** chick I know. You make me smile ’til it hurts. I love you like crazy.”

But Timberlake didn’t just show his love with flowery language. He announced during the the iHeartRadio Music Awards last month that he was practicing diaper-changing duties.

“I can’t wait to see our greatest creation yet,” declared Justin. “Daddy’s heading home right now to innovate by learning how to change a poopy diaper and get my swaddle on!”

To stay healthy throughout her pregnancy, Jessica Biel followed a low-carb Paleo-style diet, reported E News. Her pregnancy diet also emphasized locally-sourced organic produce.

“She has been having deliveries from local farms so she can eat fresh organic produce and be as healthy as possible throughout the pregnancy,” explained a source.

“Being healthy is really important to her. She is very aware of the importance of eating well. She wants to have the best pregnancy possible.”

To stay on track with that diet, Jessica relied on Paleta, which features locally sourced organic meals.

In addition, Biel exercised throughout her pregnancy, doing everything from yoga to hiking.

“She loves going hiking or on walks. She also does yoga at home and light stretching. She has spent a lot of time at home and plans to slow down on traveling in the next two months…she’s embraced being a homebody and taking it easy,” added the insider.

As the Inquisitr reported, Jessica Alba also credits a Paleo diet and exercise regimen for helping her stay healthy and slim.
