Lifetime Orders Bristol Palin TV Series


When we were first introduced to Bristol Palin, she was a new teen mother hiding in the shadows of her mother Sarah Palin’s controversial 2008 campaign.

Now that she’s all grown up and more into the Hollywood life, Bristol has decided to take on a new venture in her life. The younger Palin now as a brand new show of her own through Lifetime titled Bristol Palin: Life’s a Tripp.

The network decided to pick the docu-series up with an order of 10 episodes. The series is said to “provide an exclusive, rare glimpse into Bristol Palin’s real life as a young, single mother forging her own way in the world while living under the constant spotlight as a member of one of America’s most high-profile families.”

When asked for a comment, Executive Vice President of Programming at Lifetime said, “From the first moment she was thrust into the public eye, Bristol and her son have been the subjects of a huge amount of curiosity and misunderstanding. This show will reveal the real Bristol Palin and her journey as a daughter, a mother and a young woman making her way in the world.

This won’t be the first foray into reality television for Bristol. She was an ex contestant on Dancing With The Stars, and she was a supporting member of her mother’s TLC show Alaska which was a ratings hit for the network.
