Demi Lovato: Not Engaged To Wilmer Valderrama, Featured In New Movie And Music Gigs
Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama are not engaged, according to a new report. That’s probably because the couple is busy working on a movie together. Wilmer confirmed that he and Demi are working on a movie together, according to Venture Capital Post. Some are wondering if the “Really Don’t Care” singer will also feature on the movie’s soundtrack.
Valderrama revealed some of the details of the movie he’s working on with Lovato. The former That ’70s Show star will announce when the movie is finished and when it’ll be released. The news source says that Valderrama is very excited about his new film, as it will be the first one he will direct. Aside from directing, he will also cast people for the film. Valderrama probably has a role in mind for Lovato.
“I’m going to be in it as well. When I did ‘Larry Crowne’ and I saw that Tom Hanks could direct, produce, write and star in a movie all at the same time, he kind of gave me hope that it was possible for me to do, too.”
Not only is Demi working on a new movie, but she also has some new music projects coming up. The singer will be featured on VH1’s The Ride, according to Broadway World. This miniseries consists of eight hour-long episodes that feature Demi Lovato, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Linkin park, T.I., and various artists. These episodes will show how each of these artists made it to where they are today. The Ride premieres on Saturday, April 18 at 9 p.m. EST. Demi Lovato’s fans, also known as “Lovatics,” will have to find out when her episode will air.
The singer will also have to get ready to perform at the YAN Beatfest 2015 in Vietnam, which will take place on May 9 at Phu Tho Stadium, according to TuiotRenews.vn. Lovato will not be the only singer featured there. She will perform alongside 80 established and up-and-coming artists, according to the news source. The music festival will also offer a wide variety of entertainment and shops.
Demi recently took to Instagram to show Lovatics how much she loves her puppy named Buddy. She received the dog as a gift last Christmas, according to the Franchise Herald. Demi shared a bikini photo of herself holding her dog. She loves her dog so much that she even created an Instagram account for him.
Buddy’s description says, “I love smiling. Smiling’s my favorite.”
Demi may not be getting engaged anytime soon, but that probably means she’s happy with where she is in her life. The singer recently marked her third year of sobriety. Demi Lovato thanked Wilmer for being by her side from the beginning.
