‘GTA V’ For PC Preloading Will Begin April 7

GTA V for PC is coming on April 14, but computer gamers can actually preload the game quite a bit ahead of time, according to Rockstar Games. The GTA V developer announced on Twitter that gamers would be able to load Grand Theft Auto V on their PC starting April 7. The GTA V preload will be available through both Steam and the Rockstar Warehouse.

GTA V fans have been unsurprisingly excited about the release of Grand Theft Auto V on the PC for quite some time. The version of the game was supposed to be coming alongside the Xbox One and PS4 versions of GTA V, but it got delayed. Then the game got delayed again and then again. Finally, Rockstar has almost finished GTA V for the PC, and so far, those who have gotten a sneak peak are quite impressed with what the PC version of GTA V has to offer.

Among those sneak peaks, a new trailer has been released that shows the game in all its PC glory, as the scenery is being rendered in 60fps. Some people might wonder exactly why there is so much excitement about yet another version of this game, considering it can already be purchased on the Xbox 360, the PS3, the Xbox One and the PS4. The answer to this question is two-fold. There are people who simply don’t have any of those consoles or prefer PC versions to any other console version.

Other people have noticed that the graphics quality for Grand Theft Auto V has improved with each new edition. The PC version appears to be the most polished look at GTA V yet. There are plenty of die-hard fans of the long-running series who only want to play this game on their computer. There’s also something to be said for the fact that all the things people have been waiting for on other versions will be fully launched by the time the title hits the computer.

Now that the game is just a few weeks away from being released on the PC, one has to wonder what Rockstar is going to start working on next. Bringing Grand Theft Auto V to the current generation has been the company’s focus for more than a year. What’s next now that GTA V is going to be available on pretty much every platform is anyone’s guess.
