Kristen Doute Disses Tom Sandoval As A Roommate, Reveals She’s Now Living Alone

Kristen Doute moved out of the apartment she shared with Tom Sandoval in January of last year, and finally, the Vanderpump Rules star has moved into a place of her own.

“This apartment is my very first space completely on my own,” Kristen Doute revealed to Us Weekly on April 2.

During Vanderpump Rules Season 2, Kristen Doute and Tom Sandoval parted ways after it was revealed she had cheated on him with his then-best friend, Jax Taylor. Although Doute claimed Sandoval cheated on her as well, with his current girlfriend Ariana Madix, their relationship was unsalvageable after Taylor came clean about their hookup.

After moving out of Sandoval’s apartment, Kristen Doute began living temporarily with her new boyfriend, James Kennedy, who she was seen dating and breaking up with during the third season of the Bravo reality show.

“It was overwhelming moving in by myself, but also so liberating. It was a blank canvas in more ways than one. Not only did I get to decorate my space however I wanted, it was also a chance to start over with new memories and new, positive energy.”

While Kristen Doute and her boyfriend got back together a short time after their on-camera break-up, which occurred at the wedding of Scheana Marie and Mike Shay, the couple aren’t currently living together and have no plans for such a step in their relationship.

“He stays over a lot, but I’m not ready to live with anyone. I think it’s important for me to really work on me. It’s proven to be healthy for our relationship.”

Also during her interview with Us Weekly, Kristen Doute took a shot at ex-boyfriend, Sandoval, claiming he wasn’t the cleanest of roommates.

“I wake up every morning with a smile on my face knowing that I no longer live in a total dump cleaning up after someone else!”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Vanderpump Rules has yet to be picked up for a fourth season on Bravo, but if the series is renewed, Kristen Doute is hopeful she will be asked back — despite no longer working at SUR Lounge.

In an interview with Jezebel last month, Kristen Doute revealed the following.

“For a season 4 I have prepared myself… if I am asked back personally, I’ve already said, ‘I want to do it.'”

Kristen Doute has been featured on Vanderpump Rules as a full-time cast member since the show began in 2013.
