‘The Walking Dead’ Season 5 Finale Spoilers: Fan Favortie Character Shot

The Walking Dead Season 5 finale is upon us, and spoilers are everywhere. However, one big spoiler reveals that one of Rick’s group, who is also a beloved character, will be shot during the extended 90-minute finale which airs on Sunday at 9 p.m. on AMC.

According to Undead Walking, there will be a lot of drama on the season finale of the show, which won’t return again until October. In addition to everything going on with Rick and Jessie, as well as whatever Daryl and Aaron will find out on their recruiting mission, one of our favorite characters will be shot! (Spoilers below.)

The Spoiling Dead Facebook page reveals that Glenn will be very conflicted during the episode, and he and Nicholas will get into a big confrontation. As The Walking Dead fans may remember, Nicholas is a real creep who left his friend Aiden to die, and then blamed Glenn for the entire ordeal.

It looks like Nicholas’ lies will finally come back to bite him as Glenn will actually hold a gun to his head and consider killing him. While Rick would probably not hesitate to pull the trigger, Glenn has always been a more gentle soul, only killing when it’s totally necessary and never wanting to hurt anyone that didn’t deserve it. While Nicholas deserves it, Glenn decides to lower his gun, but ole Nicholas doesn’t show him the same courtesy. Nick will shoot Glenn in the shoulder, a wound that, thankfully, he will likely recover from.

So, it looks like we won’t be losing Glenn on The Walking Dead, at least not yet. However, fans want to know who, if anyone, will die on the finale. While the show doesn’t have a history of killing off major characters in their series finales, they do make it clear that no one is safe on the show, and anyone can go at any time, which they proved by killing a wide range of characters, including Lori, Shane, Andrea, Hershel, Tyreese, Beth, and others.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, some reports suggest that Daryl Dixon, arguably the most beloved character on the show, played by Norman Reedus, could have the highest odds of dying as his character has been fizzling out a bit. However, others think that Daryl will be huge in the Season 5 finale, and they believe his character arc will be taking an upswing in Season 6.
