With a huge following, Khloe Kardashian is one of those women whose every move is chronicled closely. Recently, Kardashian has announced that she is bringing her hair product line with her sisters into Target and Ulta, as reported by the Inquisitr. She was also the subject of butt implant rumors which seem to have kept her fans abuzz. Now, Khloe’s sustained weight loss is the talk of the town, and has been the subject of much interest to her fans.
According to People, Kardashian and her loss of pounds is attributable to what nutritionists, trainers and dietitians recommend best: exercise and eating right. Another big tip for weight loss shared by Khloe is that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star drinks “5 liters of water” per day, which is about 1.3 gallons of water daily. It’s an effective weight loss strategy that trainers often recommend, calling water a natural diuretic that folks can work up to drinking more of each day, based on their doctor’s recommendations and their own health strategies.
As much as people would love to know the 30-year-old’s exact weight in pounds — especially since Khloe’s sister Kourtney has readily stepped on the scale on her reality TV show to reveal her once 93-pound weight went up — Khloe isn’t telling folks her actual weight numbers. She does reveal her workout plan, however, with plenty of photos on social media and online showing Kardashian headed back and forth to training sessions at the gym.
“I work out almost every day. I go to a trainer five days a week, and on the weekends, I do cardio and whatever I want to do. I kind of eat what I want, but in portion control, which I never knew before. It’s really hard. You have to train your body to eat less. Your eyes are bigger than your stomach.”
As seen on her Instagram page, Khloe occasionally posts photos of herself getting fit. She even works out with family members, who help and encourage each other with their fitness goals.

With Khloe often showing off her slim frame in fashionable outfits, like the white cage dress she recently wore that had E! Online asking if she was inspired by her fashion model sister Kendall as well as Kim, it’s no wonder that such high interest in Kardashian’s weight loss regimen continues to bring in the web hits.
