Melanie Griffith Enjoys Mexican Vacay With Kris Jenner
Chicago star Melanie Griffith was recently spotted getting a tan on a beach in Cancun, Mexico, with her daughter, Fifty Shades of Grey actress Dakota Johnson and Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner.
In photos posted by TMZ online, Griffith and Jenner are shown lounging under the sun with a couple of reads. Griffith is wearing a floral halter bikini number while Jenner wears a black swimsuit. On the other hand, the younger actress 25-year-old Johnson was donning a sexy cream string bikini.
The two Hollywood matriarchs seemed to be having a blast at their Cancun getaway. Griffith’s and Jenner’s Instagram accounts were filled with photos that show the actresses having quite a good time down south. Last Tuesday, Jenner uploaded a photo with Griffith showing the two enjoying a sunset together. In the caption, Jenner wrote: “Sunset vibes with @melanie_griffith 57 #amazing #blessed #beautiful #friendship.”
Griffith also posted a photo of Jenner in her account on the same day. In the photo, the 59-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star was wearing all black from her shades to her knitted top. On the smiling picture of Jenner, Griffith captioned: “My beautiful friend @krisjenner.”
The two actress also uploaded several other photos to give their fans a glimpse of what the three ladies are enjoying in their vacation. Griffith shared a photo of a vast white sand beach looking surreal against the clear blue sky. On the caption, she described it as: “Heaven on earth.” Jenner also uploaded a photo of a cozy table arrangement for three under the shade of palm trees with the caption: “Shady….#anotherdayinparadise #blessed.”
There have been many speculations as to the purpose of the actresses’ vacation. Many are labeling it as a breakup retreat because of Griffith’s and Jenner’s recent divorces. Griffith broke up with her husband Antonio Banderas in the summer last year while Jenner divorced her husband in September 2014.
However, most of the media attention is centered on the Kardashian matriarch whose recently severed marriage has been the subject of many controversies because of her husband’s possible gender transition. Last Sunday, Jenner celebrated the premier of the 10th season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, where the growing distance between her husband and the Kardashian family was highlighted in the very first episode.
Jenner has been silent about the former Olympian’s transition and is still said to be seeing SB Projects road manager Corey Gamble.
