Duchess Kate wore a $63 dress to a charity event on Wednesday, and the look caught on. According to Hello Magazine, the ASOS maternity dress sold out in mere minutes after Kate wore it to the Brookhill Children’s Center. Naturally, this isn’t the first time that Kate Middleton wore an outfit that people loved, and it won’t be the last. And if you liked this particular polka-dotted look, the dress maker has assured customers that they plan to restock the dress as soon as next week.

According to the New York Daily News, the Duchess of Cambridge is a fan of the ASOS maternity line, and wore another dress of theirs when she was pregnant with Prince George.
Duchess Kate’s $63 dress was knee-length and three quarter sleeved, but most importantly, it wasn’t too fitted — something that most pregnant women like. There is something about being able to feel free, and not confined, that is pleasing to women in general, pregnant or not.

Kate Middleton’s pregnancy attire has been one to watch. Since she is fairly petite, she has been able to wear a lot of non-maternity outfits for much of her pregnancy, and those outfits have been very popular as well. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, the Duchess turned heads last week when she stepped out in an Alexander McQueen coat. While her high end choices are less affordable, she tends to have a few key pieces that she recycles. For example, she wore that particular pink coat back in 2013 before giving birth to Prince George.
Duchess Kate in a $63 dress proves that style and good taste don’t always come with a hefty price tag. This is just one of the many reasons that people love Kate’s fashion choices.
The Duchess of Cambridge and her husband, Prince William, are expecting their second child in just a few more weeks. Kate recently announced that her due date is mid-to-late April, so she doesn’t have much time left before her baby arrives. The couple does not know whether they are having a boy or a girl. Many have been taking their best guesses — what’s yours?
