Jessica Simpson Dishes On Eric Johnson, Those Hot ’50 Shades Of Grey’ Photos, And More

Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson shared a 50 Shades Of Grey-themed photo shoot on Instagram on Valentine’s Day, and it stirred up a lot of buzz about the couple on social media. According to the Hollywood Gossip, the singer spoke about the photos when she stopped by the Today show for an interview on Friday.

According to a previous Inquisitr report, Simpson received a mixed reaction on social media, but the singer is not at all ashamed for sharing the steamy photos.

“Those kinda happen sometimes. I am not shy to be in love with my husband!”

Simpson shared more about her marriage to Eric Johnson. The couple have been together for five years, but they married in July 2014. Simpson made it clear that she could not be happier with her love life or her life in general currently.

“I couldn’t be more in love. And he’s given me two of the best blessings I could imagine. Having a boy and a girl, I’m just blessed. They inspire me.”

Simpson is a mother of two. Ace is 21 months, and her daughter, Maxwell, is 2-years-old. She will turn three on May 1. She even called the little girl a mini of her, but her daughter seems to have a mind of her own.

“She’s feistier [than me]. I’m much more reserved, and she’s very opinionated, even though she’s 2. I mean, I’m opinionated, but I don’t yell it in your face!”

Simpson is used to having her relationships in the public eye. During her first marriage to Nick Lachey, the couple had their own reality show, but their relationship did not last long. It does appear that Simpson has found the right man for her in Eric Johnson though.

Us Magazine shared a photo of the couple stepping out together in New York City on Friday night. For the night, Simpson wore a 70s-inspired dress with her hair up. The pair was seen holding hands as they walked into Freshman’s restaurant.

However, Jessica did have some work to do on Saturday. Simpson is not only a successful singer, but she has also jumped into fashion design with her own label. Because of her accomplishments in this area, she was selected as a dean speaker for the 2015 Teen Vogue Fashion University. She spoke at the event held on Saturday, according to Just Jared.

When she stopped by Today, she spoke about her billion-dollar fashion line and her past weight issues with Savannah Guthrie.

“I’ve been all kinds of sizes and… being a mom, I feel like people just can relate to me. I feel like it’s very important for people to be able to relate to someone that is a fashion designer.”

It is clear from Simpson’s comments that she is in love with her husband and with her life. She has changed a lot since she appeared on MTV for her reality series with former husband Nick Lachey.
