‘Real Housewives’ Brandi Glanville Disses Kyle Richards In Blog, Insinuates She’s Not ‘Smart’
In her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills blog, Brandi Glanville spotlighted her co-star Kyle Richards’ intelligence.
On March 4, Glanville took to her blog, where she slammed the cast for their double standards, as the Inquisitr reported, and insinuated that her Real Housewives co-star, Richards, wasn’t as smart as her since she didn’t know the meaning of hyperbole.
Speaking of the moment she yelled, “I’ll knock your teeth out” to Richards, Glanville claimed she was simply spewing empty words in an effort to get Richards out of her face.
“Admittedly, not my greatest moment, but you try putting up with some of the ‘ladies’ of Beverly Hills (or wherever they pretend to live).”
Glanville went on to accuse her Real Housewives co-star of taking her threats seriously, when they were meant to be taken as a hyperbole, or “an extravagant statement or figure of speech not intended to be taken literally,” for those who aren’t as smart as Glanville.
“It’s called hyperbole, Kyle. Yeah, smart people know what that is. Kyle, look it up.”
Throughout Season 5 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Glanville has been accused of being violent, as well as making violent statements, but according to her, she is not the one in the wrong.
“Tossing an inch of wine while ‘play acting soap opera’ was worthy of pearl clutching and disgust usually reserved for when people find a mass grave. It’s called joking, horseplay, goofing, messing around. My intent was mischief. I was playing.”
Glanville compared her wine toss to the wine toss of Lisa Rinna, which, as viewers saw on the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, resulted in a shattered glass. Glanville also accused Richards of being violent with her during poker night.
While Glanville looked to be the aggressor in the situation on the Real Housewives, she insisted it was Richards who grabbed her first.
Continuing in her blog, the Real Housewives star claimed Richards should be less of a prude when it comes to smoking pot. On the show, Glanville announced she had witnessed Richards smoking pot in the past, and slammed her for acting turned off by the idea when the cameras were around.
“Most people have, including the President. If you constantly refer to the truth as ‘dangerous,’ Kyle, maybe change the way you live.”
