MTV Couple Leah Messer And Jeremy Calvert Marriage Update: She Shares ‘Real Relationship’ Tweet

MTV couple Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert appear to be together, but according to a new tweet, their relationship may not be as perfect as the Teen Mom 2 star leads on.

On January 27, Messer re-tweeted a message from an account called “Real Relationships,” which appeared to hint that she’s not handling her marriage troubles very well.

“When I play my music, all my problems, stress, bad moods disappear, for a while.”

Throughout Teen Mom 2 Season 5, the MTV couple was seen struggling with their marriage, mainly because of Calvert’s demanding work schedule, which often kept him out of town for long periods of time. During one particular episode, Messer suggested couples counseling, but sadly, Calvert wasn’t on board, claiming he simply worked too much to commit to regular therapy sessions.

A short time after Season 5 came to a close, Calvert, who has never been very active on social media, surfaced on Twitter, claiming his wife cheated on him with Robbie Kidd. Although Messer and Kidd both initially denied claims, with Messer telling fans on Twitter it was nothing more than a rumor, Kidd, as the Inquisitr reported, eventually changed his tune.

In a December 11 interview with In Touch Weekly, Kidd gave details regarding his alleged affair with Messer.

“That day, around noon, I asked her if she wanted to come over and talk. Leah didn’t hesitate. She came right over, and one thing led to another and we had sex. We wore protection. That was the one and only time.”

According to Kidd, he and Messer had been talking daily since September, unbeknownst to Calvert.

“Afterward, she said, ‘Oh, what did we do?'”

Kidd went on to explain he and Messer, whom he also slept with hours before she married her first husband, Corey Simms, have always had a connection.

“Whenever things are going bad in our lives, we reach out to each other, and this is what happens.”

Although Kidd and Messer certainly have a history, Kidd has since moved on and claims he they aren’t going to be the next MTV couple — even if that was something she wanted.

“We’ll always have a connection, but I’m tired of the drama. I’m finally happy with where I’m at in my life. I don’t want anything to do with her anymore.”

MTV couple Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert will return for Teen Mom 2 Season 6 later this year.
